The stragedy of the Democrats is to have all these "early primaries." If you've ever played poker, you know that that only means that we show our hand first. Not smart. Can we still not push these primaries way back now, like the Repugs are doing? In the name of ending all the internecine strife, are we going to just push idiotically forward, into an impossible position? We are going to be faced with this dapper, and largely unblemished (but not really, but it won't matter), Chuck Hagel. The Repugs can pull any conceivable trick out of the old hat -- so why can't we? Delay these stupid primaries!

Most of you here know that I have kicked the butt of every Democratic contender (except Clinton). I did it because I knew every kick I could land was a kick that the Repugs could (and will) easily deliver. But I have not yet kicked Clinton. Now look at the big picture, please. Next to Hagel, Clinton looks to be utterly unelectable. That is right. Unelectable! Look at this: I live in Northampton, Massachusetts. It just doesn't get any bluer than this. I know just about nobody (actually nobody) who doesn't hate Clinton. I do mean nobody, as in zilch, zero, nada. You can deliver all the long posts about this; but it still will not change the reality we are facing. There are many millions who just will not vote for Clinton in the general. And that is just a fact.

I have named names of "Democratic news services" that have sorely let us down. I don't want to go over that again. The ones who openly reported the realities that we face are very obvious: Raw Story, Citizens For Legitimate Government, Common Dreams, Buzzflash. These are the great ones. On MyDD, some folks have pushed the envelope to make the salient point: DerekLarsson, and stormbear are among them. Even dailykos (the ultimate in naivete, as far as I can see) is beginning to see the big picture.

Either we push the Kucinich impeachment process, and we stop the "Iran's army is a terrorist" process, or we die. That is the only significant point. Politics is about symbolism. The symbol is the reality. Get it?
